Title:
ACYLATED AMINOPHENOL DERIVATIVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3303887
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide cycloalkyl-carboxanilides having an excellent germicidal and fungicidal activity and useful for controlling harmful organisms.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I, e.g. thiocarbonate-S-butylester O-(2,3-dichloro-4-(1-methylcyclohexylcarbonyl)aminophenylester, can be obtained by allowing an aminophenol of formula II to react with a carboxylic acid derivatives of formula III (Hal1 is a halogen, an eliminable group in acylation) thereby producing a compound of formula IV and subsequently allowing a thiocarboxylic acid derivative of the formula; Z-Hal2 to react with the product of the formula IV. In the formula I. X is a (alkyl-substituted) cycloalkyl; Hal is a halogen; Y1, Y2 are each H, a hologen, (halogen-substituted) alkyl, (halogen- substituted) alkoxy, (halogen-substituted) alkylthio; Z is COSR1 (R1 is an alkyl, alkenyl, akoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, phenyl, phenylalkyl, phenoxy, etc.
