Title:
TACKIFIER RESIN, TACKIFIER RESIN EMULSION, AQUEOUS ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, AND POLYCHLOROPRENE LATEX ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018009153
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new rosin ester tackifier resin which has good initial adhesive strength while keeping normal state adhesive strength and heat-resistant adhesiveness of various aqueous adhesives, in particular, a polychloroprene latex adhesive composition.SOLUTION: A tackifier resin is a reactant of (A) rosin, (B) α,β unsaturated carboxylic acid modified rosin and (C) alcohol, where a content of a dehydroabietic acid-derived skeleton is 20 mass% or more and a ratio of a peak area (S2) of a component having a weight average molecular weight of 1,200 or more to the total peak area (S1) measured by gel permeation chromatography is 20-50%. Preferably, in the tackifier resin, the component (A) is natural rosin and/or disproportionated rosin, the α,β unsaturated carboxylic acid of the component (B) is a fumaric acid and/or a maleic acid, and the component (C) is one or more kinds selected from divalent, trivalent and tetravalent alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
