To provide an adhesion method of granular bodies, by which the excellent adhesion strength is realized and the functionality of the granular bodies can be utilized maximally.
The adhesion method of granular bodies has characteristics such that micropores 9 are formed in a hot-melt resin film 8 which covers the surface of the granular bodies and links the granular bodies to each other, thus giving fluid permeability to the hot-melt resin film. Since the granular bodies are covered with the hot-melt resin film 8, the adhesive strength is high; since the hot-melt resin film 8 has a fluid permeability, the accession of the fluid to the granular bodies or the discharge of a fluid from the granular bodies is accelerated; and the adsorption dimension of the granular bodies can be utilized maximally.
