To provide an adhesive having excellent adhesiveness and electric properties (dielectric constant).SOLUTION: An adhesive includes a graft polymer (G) comprising a copolymer (α) and an acid-modified polyolefin (X) as constituent monomers. The above (G) is a graft polymer having the copolymer (α) as a stem and the acid-modified polyolefin (X) as a branch. The above (α) comprises an alkyl acrylate (a1) and a monomer (a2) having a hydroxyl group as constituent monomers. The above acid-modified polyolefin (X) comprises a polyolefin (A) and an unsaturated (poly)carboxylic acid (anhydride) (B) as constituent raw materials. The above (A) comprises ethylene and C3-8 α-olefins as constituent monomers, where a weight ratio of ethylene and C3-8 α-olefins, constituent monomers of the (A), [ethylene/C3-8 α-olefins] is 2/98 to 50/50.
