Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition having excellent adhesive strength, easily tearability and good handleability to a resin having polarity, and thereby capable of enhancing design free degree of a laminate, and provide an adhesive film, a laminate, a stretched film and the like, using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive resin composition containing at least a modified polyolefin resin (A) manufactured by graft modifying a polyolefin resin with unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, and a cyclic polyolefin resin (B). The adhesive resin composition preferably contains the (A) component and the (B) component of 10 to 50 mass% and 5 to 70 mass% based on total amount of a resin solid component, respectively. The adhesive resin composition further contains a polyolefin resin (C) other than the (A) component and the (B) component and percentage content of the (C) component is preferably 7 to 900 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the (B) component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
