To obtain an adhesive tape for a storage sheet for efficiently attaching a document such as a delivery card, etc., to an article without requiring a release sheet.

The adhesive tape for a storage sheet is obtained by winding a tape body 2, the body 2 has a release layer 7 formed along the whole area on one side of a sheet substrate 5 and an adhesive layer 6 on the other side. The adhesive layer 6 is equipped with an adhesive area 8 and a rectangular nonadhesive area 9 and a cutting line 3 composed of a perforated line is exhibited in the traverse direction of the tape body 2 so as to cross the nonadhesive area 9. When a storage sheet piece 4 separated by the cutting line 3 is attached to the surface of a substrate, the nonadhesive part enclosed by the adhesive area 8 and the cutting line 3 becomes a storage space.
