The present invention is the powder adhesive which comprises thermosetting adhesive particles and an anti-rust filler such as phosphate and molybdate, and which is used for attaching a metal plate and a porous material, wherein the content of the anti-rust filler is 0.1-1.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the thermosetting adhesive particles.
