Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorptive element and the article-adsorptive equipment capable of positively sucking and retaining an article without deteriorating the pressure reduction operation of the pressure reduction means of other adsorptive part even if part of an adsorptive part has impossibility of adsorption.
SOLUTION: An adsorptive member 6 abutted to an article face is communicated with pressure reduction means 8 through an operation chamber 53. The operation chamber 53 is movably provided with a valve element 73 selectively closing a first valve hole 71 and a second valve hole 72. The valve element 73 is energized to block the flow of outside air by corresponding to the second valve hole 72 of the operation chamber 53 by means of elastic bodies 64 under normal operation. When the entire face of the adsorptive member 6 is abutted to an article (a) face, the valve element 73 is operated to provide the valve holes of the operation chamber 53 with a flow state. When only part of the face of the adsorptive member 6 is abutted to the article face, the valve element 73 is operated to block the flow of the outside air by corresponding to the first valve hole 71 of the operation chamber 53.
