Abstract:
To provide a post-processing device capable of preventing deterioration of conveying performance of a printing medium while eliminating electricity of the printing medium.SOLUTION: A post-processing device 7 comprises a control part 701, a detection part 711, and a humidification part 712. The humidification part 712 is provided on an upper stream side than a post-processing part 713 to humidify a printing medium P. The detection part 711 is provided on the upper stream side than the humidification part 712 to detect a moisture content of the printing medium P. The control part 701 controls a humidification amount with which the humidification part 712 humidifies on the basis of the moisture content of the printing medium P detected by the detection part 711, and processing information relating to post-processing. The processing information relating to the post-processing includes processing type information executed by the post-processing. The control part 701 controls the humidification amount on the basis of the moisture content of the printing medium P and the processing type information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
