Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for preventing the putrifactive smells of sea water organisms, which can effectively prevent the generation of H2S, MM and NH3 causing the putrifactive smells of the sea water organisms, is effective also for the characteristic fish smells of the sea water organisms, can easily be handled, and does not have the problem of surrounding environmental pollution, and to provide a method for preventing the putrifactive smells of sea water organisms.
SOLUTION: This agent for preventing the putrifactive smells of sea water organisms contains aluminum sulfate. The method for preventing the putrifactive smells of sea water organisms comprises bringing the sea water organisms into contact with aluminum sulfate.
