Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid formation of a mass in which pellets the surfaces of which are under a melted condition are nuclei and to avoid deformation of the inner peripheral wall face of a tank, especially a screen separator caused by increase in amount of the pellets caused by joining of the pellets and reaction of push and shove.
SOLUTION: Distance between the backward advancing edge of the apex face of an agitating blade structure and the inner peripheral wall face is made wider than the distance between the forward advancing edge of the apex face of the agitating blade structure and the inner peripheral wall face and it is possible thereby to ensure that a part of the pellets before crystallization being brought into contact with the front faces of the agitating blades 3 escapes to the outside of the forward advancing edges 21a of the apex faces of the agitating blade structure and follows a path to be released backward of the backward advancing edges 21b of the apex faces of the agitating blade structure under a condition where in a space between the apex faces of the agitating blade structure and the inner peripheral wall face of the tank 2, namely, a spread-out space, it is avoided that it joins to the pellets originally flowing in the space and both pellets before crystallization do not push and shove each other or they do a little.
