Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the breaking of the sewing part for control securely, and to obtain the final developing form of an air bag in a good timing, in an air bag in which a folding part sewn by the sewing part for control is formed to a strap for controlling the developing form, and extending the above strap step by step.
SOLUTION: While the secondary strap 10 to limit the flying amount of an air bag 1 to the lower side is installed along the folding part 5 of a starp 4 to the lower side 8 of the air bag 1, the installing of the secondary strap 10 to the above folding part 5 is carried out by the concurrent sewing by the sewing part 11 for control, and the sewing part 11 for control is broken by the tension of the secondary strap 10 in the air bag developing time.
