There is provided a control means 12 for selectively operating any one of a state of single operation of the engine heat pump for operating only the engine heat pump He; a state of single operation of the motor heat pump for operating only the motor heat pump Hm; and a state of parallel operation of the engine heat pump He and the motor heat pump Hm.
