Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel efficiency of the engine of a hybrid automobile even when the air conditioner is operated while the air conditioning performance is maintained by supplying the electric energy recovered by means of an energy recovering means to the motor of the air conditioner prior to charging a battery.
SOLUTION: An overall control ECU 100 is composed of a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and inverter, etc., and controls the igniting timing and fuel injecting amount of an engine 1 and, a the same time, the output torque, the number of revolutions, etc., of a motor 2. The ECU 100 also controls the supply of the electric power generated from a generator 4 to the motor 4 or to a battery for charging when the engine 2 is started. In addition, the ECU 100 receives the starte signal and stop signal of the air conditioner 50 from an air conditioning control ECU 200 and supplied the electric power of the battery 3 or the power recovered from the motor 2 to a motor 51 from a compressor or another motor 61 for accessories after regulating the power to a prescribed voltage by means of an inverter 12.
