Title:
AIR INTAKE CONTROL DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3945568
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items to simplify the structure of an opener mechanism for turnout traveling in an electronic throttle system, and also to improve the accuracy of a throttle valve opening position in an intermediate stopper position.
SOLUTION: The first and second spring members 40 and 50 are used for the above purpose. In the opening side of a throttle valve 13, the energizing force of the first spring member 40 acts until its one end 42 abuts on the locking part 14 of a throttle body together with an opener member 31, and in the closing side, that of the second spring member 50 acts until both side faces of the opener member 31 are pinched by both ends 51 and 52 of the spring member 50. Thus, the turnout traveling is attained by one opener member 31 and two spring members 40 and 50. Further, since the intermediate stopper position can be set up only by considering the position accuracy of the locking part 14 and the machining accuracy of the opener member 31, the opening position accuracy of the throttle valve 13 can be improved.
