To negate need for air pressure equipment and to facilitate adjustment of an air pressure value.
This air pressure action system includes a conveyance track 11a, an air pressure path AR with a terminal opening 11c facing on the conveyance track, an operation space OS with a flexible diaphragm 17 in a part of a partition, in which a base end side opening 14b is opened, a driving means 18 for increasing/decreasing the volume of the operation space by driving and deforming the diaphragm, and control means SC, DC for repeating irregular or regular operation cycles for displacing the diaphragm in a first direction for increasing or decreasing the volume of the operation space to generate the air pressure, and then, displacing the diaphragm in a second direction opposite to the first one. The control means execute control so that a second displacement time period DP2 from the start of the displacement in the second direction of the diaphragm to the start of the displacement in the first direction for generating the next air pressure becomes longer than a first displacement time period DP1 from the start of the displacement in the first direction to the start of the displacement in the second direction.
