Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable efficient execution of air purge by one operator while economizing on a nitrogen gas, at the time of an operation of soldering a refrigerant pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 10 for joining to a refrigerant pipe 1 a nitrogen gas conduit 4 extended from a nitrogen gas cylinder 3 is provided with sheath pipes 14, 15, 16 and 17 for multistage fit and a solenoid valve 18 is fitted to the conduit 4. Thereby operations of air purge and soldering can be executed by one person by a remote control of the solenoid valve 18 by controlling a solenoid valve control device 19 at a place of the soldering. The refrigerant pipe 1 is inserted and fitted in one of the sheath pipes 14, 15, 16 and 17 of the nozzle 10 fitted to the fore end of the nitrogen gas conduit 4, of which the outside diameter is just fit for it.
