Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly dissolve a capsular material by the solvent raised up to a carrier and to spray out aromatic essence in the air by having capsulated cooling base material contain cooling essence and capsulation agent which is soluble with solvent, having the cooling essence capsulated with the capsulation agent, having the carrier support the base material and making the carrier not soluble in the solvent. CONSTITUTION: In operation, lower end of a core material 14 is touched to water 20 while its upper end is touched to a carrier 12. The core material 14 sucks the water from a container 16 into the carrier 12. As capsule material is water-soluble, aromatic essence sealed up in the capsule comes out when the water touches it. The aromatic essence 26 capsulated and put in the carrier 12 is capsulated with the water-soluble capsule material preferably composed of several matrix forming material.
