A music data recognizing means 910 acquires the music data and a sound control means 950 processes the music data appropriately and causes a loudspeaker 510 to output the music data. When a vehicle event detecting means 200 or a navigation device 300 acquires an alarm signal that matches the situation of an event about the condition or movement of a vehicle, the musical characteristics of the music data is recognized. Either the sound data of the alarm signal or sound data, corresponding to the alarm signal in a storage means 700, are acquired to recognize the sound characteristic thereof. A sound control means 950 processes the sound characteristic of the sound data, in a way corresponding to the musical characteristics of the music data and causes the loudspeaker 510 to output the sound data over the music data. Music and alarms harmonize, to avoid blocking the hearing of the music and provide appropriate alarms.
