Title:
ALIGNER FOR STRIP TRANSFERRED WORK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6337058
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform alignment in a highly accurate manner, by feeding a strip transferred work at high speed at a time when an alignment mark of this transferred work being intermittently transferred is not on a light receiving surface and, when it reaches the light receiving surface, feeding it at low speed, and when the light receiving surface is set within the tolerance range, stopping the feed the other way.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer film 6 is fed lengthwise at high speed by a first step motor 15 till a first alignment part 61 is detected. And, if the mark is detected, the lengthwise feed by the first step motor 15 is selected to low speed. Then, crosswise feed (low speed) by a second step motor 24 is started. In succession, a changeover from low speed to crawling speed of the lengthwise feed and a correction at this crawling speed are carried out. In addition, the changeover from the low speed to the crawling speed of the crosswise feed and the correction at this crawling speed are simultaneously and parallelly carried out. And, at that point that alignment in both directions is over, finally this alignment operation is completed. Thus, alignment of a strip transferred work is performable in a highly accurate manner.
