This alignment carrier device includes: a carrier drum 11 having a function to substantially horizontally rotate around a rotation axis 13 as its center; a selection guide 25 positioned on an upper part by facing the carrier drum 11 and having a function to guide an object to be carried on the carrier drum 11 in a constant direction; a reversing selection guide 26 positioned on the upper part by facing the carrier drum 11, to guide the object to be carried on the carrier drum 11 in the constant direction, to erect a part of the object to be carried in a direction to gradually separate it from a surface of the carrier drum 11 in accordance with rotation of the carrier drum 11 by making it contact with a part of the object to be carried and having a means to reverse the erected object to be carried by 180 degrees from a posture of the object to be carried immediately before contact; and a peripheral guide 23 positioned on the upper part by facing the carrier drum 11 on a peripheral part of the carrier drum 11 and having a surface and back selection mechanism having a means to determine whether the object to be carried comes to be different from the desired surface and back direction or not and to move the object to be carried in a direction to approach the rotation axis 13 when it is different.
