Abstract:
To provide a curable resin composition having excellent insulation reliability and dispersibility which suppresses whitening generated after development, a dry film of curable resin composition, a cured product, and a printed wiring board equipped with a cured product.SOLUTION: An alkali-soluble photosensitive composition satisfies any one or more of the following: silica contains carboxyl group-containing resin, polyfunctional monomer, photopolymerization initiator, and matting agent, and the matting agent is surface-treated; the matting agent is precipitated silica or colloidal silica surface-treated by polydimethylsiloxane or silane coupling agent; the matting agent is colloidal silica surface-treated by polydimethylsiloxane or silane coupling agent; and the matting agent is colloidal silica hydrophobized by polydimethylsiloxane.SELECTED DRAWING: None
