To provide a method for producing an aluminum alloy-made forging-formed product with which the dimensional precision is improved and after-treatment man-hours can be reduced.
The method for producing the aluminum alloy-made forging-formed product includes a process for forge-forming the formed product having grooving portion parallel to the main forming direction by using an upper die and a lower die having thin sheet-state portion protruded in the forming hole; the formation is started under state of giving the back pressure to the tip end surface in the main forming direction of a blank for forging when forge-forming, and thus, since at the time point when filling-up ratio of the blank for forging into the forming hole becomes a prescribed range, the back pressure is removed, and the dimensional precision is improved and the yield can be improved by reducing the after-treatment man-hours.
