Title:
ALUMINUM ALLOY PLATE FOR PRINTING PLATE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3893031
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy plate for a printing plate which has high electrolytic efficiency, and in which reactivity, the fineness of pits and the uniformity of the roughened face can be improved in electrolytic roughening treatment at a high current density and in a short time, and a production method therefor.
SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy ingot having a composition containing, by mass, 0.25 to 0.45% Fe, 0.02 to 0.08% Si and ≤0.04% Cu, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and in which the content of Ni in the inevitable impurities is controlled to ≤0.005% is subjected to homogenizing treatment at ≥550°C, and is thereafter hot-rolled at a starting temperature of 400 to 450°C. Subsequently, the plate is subjected to annealing treatment of rising its temperature at the average temperature rising rate of 10 to 60°C/hr for at least one time, and performing holding at 450 to 500°C for 1 to 20 hr, so that the aluminum alloy plate is produced.
