Abstract:

To provide an aluminum coating material having an extremely high adhesion and airtightness of an interface between an aluminum shape body made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a chromium-free coating film, having excellent corrosion resistance even in a severe environment, and demonstrating excellent durability, and a method of manufacturing the same.

The aluminum coating material is formed of the aluminum shape body made of the aluminum alloy having a plurality of recessed parts caused by irregularities formed on the surface, and a coating film having fitting parts solidified by intrusion of coating into the recessed parts. The aluminum shape body is locked to the coating film by the recessed parts and fitting parts to form the aluminum coating material. The method of manufacturing the same is provided.
