To provide a laminate wherein a decorative member such as a resin sheet, fabric or nonwoven fabric is effectively and beautifully bonded to a resin or metal base material by solving problems in using a solvent-based adhesive, and to develop a method of manufacturing the laminate.

The decorative member such as the resin sheet, fabric or nonwoven fabric, and the resin base material or the metal base material are bonded with each other through a composition containing modified polyolefin resin by vacuum forming or vacuum pressure forming.
