As a result, signal distortion in the JFET 4 is restrained, and inconvenience is prevented, where all frequency components enter the amplifier circuit, the amplifier circuit is saturated, and the output signal is distorted. Also, a capacitance value is varied by switching a plurality of capacitors CT1, CT2, ..., CTn without using any varactor diodes, thus integrating the capacitors CT1, CT2, ..., CTn in an IC 20.
