Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent deviation of the centroid of photodetection and mixed color due to light incident on a region between adjacent pixel columns.
CONSTITUTION: Power source lines 9 are formed in every other regions between adjacent vertical pixel columns, and regions between adjacent vertical pixel columns in which the lines 9 are not formed are light-shielded by metallic films 9a of the same layer as that of vertical selecting lines 9 (2Al) and/or metallic films of the same layer as that of the power lines 8 (1Al).
