Abstract:
To interpolate and extrapolate data with high precision through tensor decomposition in which time correlation and spatial correlation are taken into consideration.SOLUTION: An analysis device has: input means which inputs data X in tensor form including a first mode representing a spatial position and a second mode representing a time, a set Ω representing an observation value and a missing value of the data X, and a factor matrix U; update means which updates the factor matrix U, a first parameter of a directed autoregression model obtained by extending a spatial autoregression model, and a second parameter of an autoregression model so as to minimize a missing function including a first normalization function representing the directed autoregression model and a second normalization function representing the autoregression model; and interpolation/extrapolation means which interpolates and extrapolates an observation value and a missing value of the set Ω with the factor matrix U, the first parameter, and the second parameter which are updated by the update means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
