Abstract:
To provide an anisotropic conductive film having two-layer structure for easily enhancing conduction reliability.
In the anisotropic conductive film provided with a polymer film holding many conductive particles separated from each other and regularly arranged and having adhesiveness and adhesive layer layered on one surface of the polymer film, the minimum melting viscosity of the material which constitutes the adhesive layer is specified to be in a range of from 2102 to 5103 Pa s. The minimum melting viscosity of the material which constitutes the polymer film is preferably in a range of from 5103 to 1105 Pa s.
