PURPOSE: To prevent gain reduction, deterioration in NF and damage to components due to static electricity or the like by covering a tip of a center conductor of a feeding pin projecting from a converter with a dielectric substance so as to avoid a human hand or the like from being in direct contact to the said tip in the case of connecting an antenna and the converter.
CONSTITUTION: A tip 6a slightly projects from a tip face 7a of a surrounding dielectric substance 7 and a plastic 16 is formed from the tip face 7a of the dielectric substance 7 in the lengthwise direction of the dielectric substance 7 so as to cover the projection completely. Thus, the tip 6a of a center conductor 6a is not exposed and direct contact by human fingers is avoided. Thus, it is not required to insert a capacitor C as a countermeasure for static electricity and the deterioration in the noise figure (NF) of a BS converter is prevented. Moreover, moisture invading from between an outer circumferential face of the center conductor 8 and an inner circumferential face of the dielectric substance 7 into the inside of a converter 3 is prevented.
