Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for treating diseases associated with CD100 including certain autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases and cancer.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated anti-CD100 monoclonal antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a CD100 epitope, where the antibody inhibits binding of CD100 and CD100 receptor, and is conjugated to an agent selected from the group consisting of cytotoxins, therapeutic agents, cell growth inhibitors, biotoxins, prodrugs, peptides, proteins, enzymes, viruses, lipids, bioresponse modulators, drugs, lymphokines, exogenous antibodies or fragments thereof, detectable labels, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and combinations of any two or more of them.SELECTED DRAWING: None
