Ropes R5, R6 of a rear drum D2 are doubly roped in a V shape between a trolley 45 and the front end of a hanging tool 30, each of rope ends is connected to a double-head cylinder disposed in a front part of the trolley; ropes R1, R2 of a front drum D1 are doubly roped in the V shape between the trolley and a rear end of the hanging tool, each of the rope ends is connected to the double-head cylinder disposed at a rear part of the trolley, ropes R7, R3 of the rear drum D2 are doubly roped in a reverse V shape between the trolley and a right side of the hanging tool, ropes R8, R4 of the front drum D1 are doubly roped in the reverse V shape between the trolley and a left side part of the hanging tool, and rope ends roped at sides of the hanging tool are connected to a rope operation part provided between both drums.
