This antimicrobial moisture-releasing sheet comprises a nonwoven fabric including a water absorbing fiber and an antimicrobial and mold-preventing agent, preferably comprises a wet nonwoven fabric including a fibrous material containing a metal salt of an organic compound having an N-containing heterocycle or a sulfur atom, and the antibacterial and mold- preventing agent is the metal salt of the organic compound or the organic compound having the N-containing heterocycle or the sulfur atom and a water insoluble high molecular compound C. The metal salt is preferably a composite of a silver salt, copper salt and zinc salt.
