PURPOSE: To obtain an antiskid fitting for an automobile tire allowing easy mounting to a tire in a short time and causing no high cost by passing a wire through a wire passage at the inside of the antiskid fitting in such a way as to be freely movable, and leading both ends of the wire to the outside of the antiskid fitting.

CONSTITUTION: Wire passage sections 5a to 5h are provided on the inner side of an antiskid fitting B, and retaining member fitting sections 6a to 6h on the outer side thereof, respectively at equal intervals. Then, a retaining member 3 is fitted and fixed thereto. The upper section of a wire 2 led from the wire passage section 5a passes through the retaining member fitting sections 6h and 6b. Also, the lower section of the wire 2 led from the wire passage section 5e passes through the retaining member fitting sections 6f and 6d, thereby forming the annular form of the wire 2. When wires 1 and 2 are pulled, each component of the antiskid fitting B operates in an arrow direction, and the antiskid fitting B is tightened inside and mounted to a tire A. According to the aforesaid construction, even a lady can simply mount the antiskid fitting B in a short time and properly. Also, it is unnecessary to insert a had deep into the inner side of the tire A, and only a simple work is required, thereby lessening a possibility of contaminating clothes.
