The synthetic resin emulsion composition for antislip material contains an antioxidant and a polymer composed of conjugated diene compound-derived structural units, aromatic vinyl compound-derived structural units and ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid-based compound-derived structural units, wherein the polymer is such that the temperature at which its loss tangent(tan) comes to a maximum as determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is -10 to 60C and its maximum value is 0.3-1.5.
