The antistatic film is composed of an undercoat film formed by using the antistatic coating and a topcoat film formed by using an electroconductive coating. The antistatic film is formed by forming the undercoat film on the coating surface of the steel of an electric pylon using the antistatic coating and forming the topcoat film on the undercoat film using the weather-resistant electroconductive coating.
