To obtain a molded article which uses an amorphous cycloolefin-based resin having high transparency with a wide-range molding condition, and to improve the transparency of the molded article which uses an amorphous cycloolefin-based resin.

The transparent resin composition containing the amorphous cycloolefin-based resin, a metal resinate, an aliphatic acid ester or an aliphatic acid amide, and a metal salt of an aliphatic acid is used. It is preferable that the metal element of the metal rosinate and that of the metal salt of the aliphatic acid is of the same kind, and it is further preferable that the metal element of the metal rosinate is magnesium.
