To provide an antistatic coating exhibiting antistatic function without being compounded with any electrically conductive metal oxide at all and having water resistance as well, and to provide a product exhibiting antistatic function as a result of being coated therewith.

The antistatic coating is such that a polytetrafluoroethylene resin with graft-polymerized sulfo groups has been compounded at 10 mass% or greater in the total resin component constituting the coating. A product with a surface resistivity of 1109 /SQUARE or less is obtained by coating a substrate with the above coating.
