Abstract:
To provide an inorganic fine particle dispersion paste composition having excellent leveling properties when coating a substrate therewith, hardly causing protuberances at ends of a coated film and capable of carrying out a degreasing treatment even under a low-temperature and low-oxygen concentration atmosphere.
The inorganic fine particle dispersion paste composition comprises a copolymer composed of a segment derived from an acrylic or a methacrylic monomer having a hydroxy group and a segment derived from an acrylic or a methacrylic monomer free of the hydroxy group, inorganic fine particles, an organic solvent and a heat-cross-linking agent. The content of the heat-cross-linking agent is 0.01-5.0 wt.%.
