To provide an antistatic transfer sheet reduced in humidity dependence, capable of keeping antistatic properties over a long period of time and capable of efficiently applying antistatic properties to a molded product, and an article subjected to antistatic treatment being an optical member, to which an antistatic layer is transferred, having high transparency, low haze and high hard coat properties.

The antistatic transfer sheet is composed of a second antistatic layer 22 (if necessary), a releasable base material 11, a mold release layer 13 (if necessary), an antistatic layer 21, a transparent crosslinked cured resin layer 23, a primer layer 25 (if necessary) and an adhesive layer 27 (if necessary). The antistatic layer comprises a conductive organic polymer, preferably a polythiophene polymer.
