PURPOSE: To enhance antistaticness even under low humidity by forming a layer comprising a sulfonated copolymer of a double bond component in a naphtha oil composed essentially of indene and maleic anhydride and a water-soluble or water-dispersible polymer.
CONSTITUTION: The layer to be formed on the surface of the plastic film contains the sulfonated product of the copolymer of the reactive double bond component in the aromatic hydrocarbon oil (naphtha oil) composed essentially of the indene that has a reactive double bond and the maleic anhydride and the water-soluble and/or water-dispersible polymer. The composition of the naphtha oil varies in dependence on the distillation process and the kind of crude oil, and the more the content of the reactive double bond component the easier the reaction. When the reactive double bond component is contained in an amount of ≥5% of the naphtha oil, the reaction is sufficiently asttained, and the indene is contained, preferably, in an amount of ≥50% of the component.
