Abstract:
To provide an aperture position confirmation jig and an aperture position adjustment method that can quantitatively confirm the amount of rotation of an adjustment aperture body.SOLUTION: A position confirmation method comprises a first installation process in which a gauge body having a scale indicating the rotational position is attached around an adjustment aperture body that adjusts the set flow rate of a flow control valve of a hydraulic elevator, a second installation process for attaching an indicator to a wrench that rotates the adjustment aperture body, a wrench installation process where the wrench is attached to the aperture body so that the indicator extends toward the gauge body, an adjustment process that is performed after the first installation process, second installation process, and wrench installation process, and adjusts the position of the gauge body so that the end of the indicator points to the reference position of the scale, and a rotation process performed after the adjustment process, in which the wrench is rotated so that the indicator moves in synchronization with the adjustment aperture body around the rotation axis of the adjustment aperture body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
