PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for the weighing and slant-cutting operation of a salmon body to automate the weighing and slant-cutting of salmon hitherto requiring the sense of a skilled cook.

CONSTITUTION: A salmon weighed with a load cell is placed on a chopping board 5. When a start button is pushed, the chopping board 5 is transferred at a distance with a driving motor 36 based on preparatorily inputted data and a plate 11 holding a knife sliding system is transferred downward while sliding a knife 15 to slantly cut the salmon body. The cut salmon fillets are pushed on a panel 26 with a pushing arm 24 driven by a pushing motor 23.
