Abstract:
PURPOSE: To charge ice cream into a square cup having a gradient so that the side walls may be widened toward the upper end opening part without occurrence of voids at a corner part of the cup.
CONSTITUTION: A charging member is arranged at a prescribed position on a conveyor for intermittently conveying square cups. A frame 12 constituting the charging member is equipped with a nozzle base 14 involving a charging nozzle 11, with an x drive mechanism 15 composed of a motor, a crank board 15c and a rod 15d and with a y drive mechanism composed of an air cylinder. The frame is designed so as to be elevatable by the z drive mechanism involving a cam. The respective mechanisms are driven synchronously with movement of the conveyor so as to move the charging nozzle 11 along the side of a square cup. Thereby, ice cream can be uniformly charged into the corner parts of the square cup without occurrence of voids.
