Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for electrodialysis which keeps a stable desalination function for a long period and can produce good deionized water.
In an electric desalination apparatus, ion exchange membranes 2 are arranged alternately between electrodes, a chamber frame 1 which forms a desalination chamber to be arranged between the ion exchange membranes 2 is made of a high hardness material at least 99 in hardness, and a chamber frame 3 which forms a concentration chamber is made of a low hardness material 80-96 in hardness.
