PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for training and enjoyment which provides a can crushing function for an apparatus for muscle training to be installed at places attracting people such as parks, public lands and amusement parks so that the people utilizing the apparatus can crush cans to recover and a kitchen apparatus having a can crushing system and a can crushing function.

CONSTITUTION: An advance/retraction pressurizing body 3F is provided at a moving part 2C of an apparatus 2 such as apparatus for muscle training, that for playing or that for kitchen and a compression seat 3A is provided at a position opposed to the direction of advancing or retracting the advance/ retraction pressurizing body 3F. A can supply section 4 is arranged in proximity to the compression seat 3A.
