To solve the problem that when material is cut with a cutter having a traditional material fixing tool, a cutting position is marked on the material, a clamper is lightly fastened, a cutting edge is aligned with the marked position marking the cutting position of the material by lowering a head part of the cutter and the material is fixed to carry out a cutting operation.

Cutting can be accurately carried out only by aligning a mark (8) on the material to be cut to a right end of the clamper (2) by narrowing a gap between a left side surface of the cutting edge (4) and a right end of the clamper (2) when the head (3) of the cutter for fixing the material with a stock vice (1) and the clamper (2) is lowered.
