Abstract:
To provide an integrated recovery device and a recovery method for waste lead storage battery resources, which are capable of greatly reducing the mixing degree of obtained recovery objects and convenient for recycling resources.SOLUTION: This recovery device comprises: a position correction mechanism 1; a decomposition mechanism 2; a crushing mechanism; and a sieving mechanism. The recovery method is, different from an existing manual decomposition or device batch crushing method, a method for cutting, crushing sieving waste lead storage batteries for each set through steps of preparation before decomposition→discharging of an electrolyte→position correction→water jet division→high-pressure water cleaning→classifying/crushing/collection→resource collection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
