Abstract:
To provide a bendable unit that includes a plurality of linear members and is easily detachable to/from a base unit, and also to provide a medical device including the bendable unit.SOLUTION: A medical device 1 has: a body driving unit (300) comprising a plurality of driving sources (M11-M33); a base unit (200) provided with a connection device (21) connected to the body driving unit; a bendable unit (100) removably attached to the base unit; and an operation unit (400) movable to a fixation position and a removal position. The base unit has a plurality of connection parts (21c11-21c33). The bendable unit has a plurality of linear members (W11-W33). In conjunction with the movement of the operation unit, the plurality of linear members is switched between a state in which the plurality of linear members is fixed by the respective connection parts and a state in which the fixing of the plurality of linear members by the respective connection parts is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
